Clearview Township’s Fire and Emergency Services Department is delighted to receive a $46,828.70 Community Emergency Preparedness Grant (CEPG) from the Province of Ontario.
Recipients were selected through a rigorous and competitive review process. Clearview Fire and Emergency Services will use the CEPG grant to purchase two emergency backup generators and emergency evacuation supplies.
The Community Emergency Preparedness Grant supports small- to medium-sized municipalities, local services boards, First Nations communities, Tribal Councils, and Indigenous service organizations, as part of the provincial government’s investment to strengthen emergency preparedness in Ontario.
