After the success of the Summer Activity Kit program, The Clearview Youth Centre will offer a series of Fall Activity Kits to Clearview youth ages 12 to 18 in October, November and December.
Developed as a way to continue serving Clearview youth during the COVID-19 closure of the Centre over the summer, the at-home summer activity kits allowed the Youth Centre to connect with Clearview youth by offering them great activity options from the safety of home.
The Fall Kits will contain items to keep youth busy through exercise, do-it-yourself projects, hands-on activities, and delicious treats. They will be offered monthly with 50 kits available each month via curbside pick up or delivery. Kits requests will once again be offered on a first-come, first-served basis with a new sign up required each month.
Thanks to the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund and Community Foundations of Canada, the kits are free for Clearview youth ages 12 to 18. To request an at-home Fall Activity Kit, fill out the request form online at www.discoverclearview.ca/youth-centre.
