Beginning May 9th, Clearview Township Council meetings will be moving to a hybrid in-person format.
Hybrid in-person Council Meetings will see members of Council and select staff being present in the Council Chambers and all other participants including the public, presenters and additional staff participating in the meeting virtually.
For hybrid meetings, members of the public will continue to communicate directly with Council by completing the Public Participation Period webform. This is the same process that has been used for the past two years to facilitate public participation.
The hybrid setting provides a safe environment to conduct meetings effectively while adhering to Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit guidelines and recommendations. Plexiglass has been placed between Council seats and the sound system has been upgraded for better quality participating through Zoom in the hybrid format.
Council meetings will continue to be live streamed to Clearview Township’s YouTube Channel.
