Due to COVID-19 and upon the direction of the Dominion Command, all local Remembrance Day Ceremonies are restricted. There will be no public gatherings, Veterans or Canadian Forces parades. Only invited members of the community or participating Legion are permitted. Canadians are instead being encouraged to watch the broadcasts of the National Remembrance Day Service.
For those wishing to participate virtually, the Stayner Legion, Branch 457’s Remembrance Day Ceremony will be live streamed on Clearview Township’s YouTube channel at 10:50 AM on Wednesday, November 11th. Visit www.clearview.ca/youtube and click on the link to watch the ceremony live.
