At the May 27, 2024 Clearview Council Meeting, Council adopted Clearview Township’s new Official Plan by passing By-law 2024-38. The Plan is now subject to approval from the County of Simcoe.
Developed with consideration from the community and stakeholders, along with background planning studies and reports, the Official Plan is intended to manage and direct long-term growth and development throughout the Township. It contains policies that implement legislation, regulation and policies from the Provincial and County levels while reflecting the priorities of the Community.
A complete copy of the newly adopted Official Plan is available for inspection online at www.clearview.ca/opreview, and in person at the Township Administration Centre located at 217 Gideon Street, Stayner.
