An extension for the Draft Plan of Subdivision is under review.
The Emerald Creek Subdivision lands are located on the east side of Highway 26 on the north end of Stayner, municipal address 7662 Highway 26. The lands consist of 17.56 hectares and have frontage on Highway 26. The subject lands are within the Stayner settlement area.
The purpose of this application is to create a new residential subdivision in Stayner. This subdivision is proposed to have a total of 177 residential units and to be on full municipal water and sewer. The plan consists of 105 single residential lots, 22 semi detached residential units, 68 townhouse residential units, 42 medium density residential units, and 2 blocks for commercial use; 2 blocks for open space; 2 blocks for park, and blocks for walkways/trails, drainage, stormwater management facility, future development, reserves, and roads.
The requested Draft Plan Extension proposes no changes to the Approved Draft Plan.
