Description
The purpose of the application is to consider a new draft plan of subdivision on the subject lands. The draft plan of subdivision is to consist of a total of 447 single detached lots is proposed along a municipal road, with each lot having a minimum frontage of 12.8 metres, with lot depths of 30 metres or greater. The proposed zoning is Residential Multiple Low Density (RS3-XX) to recognize the lot frontages and area. The development will include two open space blocks and one road block.
The effect of the application is to facilitate the residential development of the subject lands through a draft plan of subdivision.
